Los adolescentes entre 13 y 19 ya han comenzado a votar a sus favoritos para los Teen Choice Awards 2010, que se fallarán el 8 de Agosto y que FOX televisará (es la cadena la que organiza los premios). Este año Katy Perry será la encargada de hacer las veces de maestra de ceremonias (además de cantar), y nuestra serie favorita puede ser una de las triunfadoras, al estar nominada para tres galardones: Mejor Comedia, Mejor Actor Principal de Comedia y Mejor Actriz Principal de Comedia.

Estos premios, que se celebran anualmente desde 1999 y se emiten por televisión desde 2005 tienen la particularidad de que el galardón es una tabla de surf. Como son muy modernos, tienen cuenta de twitter y de Facebook, aunque su web está aún por trabajar.

Los premios de Hannah Montana por antonomasia celebran una edición sin Miley Cirus, en la que, como no podía ser de otra manera, Gossip Girl parte como favorita por número de nominaciones. Lost, Glee o The Secret Life of the American Teenager son otras de las series a tener en cuenta como posibles triunfadores de la noche.
